  • All plans have a minimum pricing of 10 vehicles. Instead of a static base cost on top of the per vehicle pricing, this creates a dynamic base cost the incentivizes very small operators. You can also consider that once you reach 10 vehicles you essentially have zero base cost.
  • Annual payment plans offer the option of a 6 vehicle license minimum in lieu of the annual payment discount.

* Extended location storage options beyond included time period are available on all plans. Trips retain GPS coordinates for each step performed regardless.

** Unlimited means that companies do not have a hard limit as to the number of actual persons they can add, but due to industry norms that typically don’t exceed a 2-1 employee to vehicle ratio, a limit or additional charges may apply for excessive employee accounts in uncommon situations.

Additional Information & Addons

Major Broker Trip-Type plugins refer to major national brokers who’s integration processes, it be API or File-Based, are maintained on a singular national level. This means there is little to no need for us to support integration with multiple platforms and processes and the broker generally has a national footprint. All other Plugins fall under the definition of regional, local, or custom.

This is not a list of all plugins provided by Mobility Route. Even if you don’t currently support a particular broker or program that you work with, part of the process with our customers involves building out the integration you need. No need to worry about being left to use some generic cookie-cutter import tool either!

hPhone support is provided to all customers on a reasonable and necessary basis after a support inquiry is opened. In nearly 97% of all cases, phone support is unnecessary and the least convenient for our customers since we often need file attachments and other examples of errors and problems sent in by a user.

Should a phone call be necessary, our team can then schedule a call at the most appropriate time. This process significantly reduces unnecessary support costs which would otherwise be passed onto our customers, while still maintaining the ability to provide phone support when it’s needed for excellent customer service.

However, should you desire to have phone initiated support (premium phone support) for you and your office staff, the option is available for all accounts. Pricing varies depending on both your plan and vehicle license count.
