Additional Information & Addons
Major Broker Trip-Type plugins refer to major national brokers who’s integration processes, it be API or File-Based, are maintained on a singular national level. This means there is little to no need for us to support integration with multiple platforms and processes and the broker generally has a national footprint. All other Plugins fall under the definition of regional, local, or custom.

Phone support is provided to all customers on a reasonable and necessary basis after a support inquiry is opened. In nearly 97% of all cases, phone support is unnecessary and the least convenient for our customers since we often need file attachments and other examples of errors and problems sent in by a user.
Should a phone call be necessary, our team can then schedule a call at the most appropriate time. This process significantly reduces unnecessary support costs which would otherwise be passed onto our customers, while still maintaining the ability to provide phone support when it’s needed for excellent customer service.
However, should you desire to have phone initiated support (premium phone support) for you and your office staff, the option is available for all accounts. Pricing varies depending on both your plan and vehicle license count.
Common Pricing Plan Questions
Why don't you charge per trip?
While such a pricing model would relate to some of our usage costs, we ultimately believe such a model doesn’t always best correspond to our own expenses related to providing the service. It also would result in operators providing more frequent shorter trips paying far more than those doing few long-distance trips, leading to some customers subsidizing the cost for others.
We also feel a per-trip pricing model generally results in an overall price that is a good bit more than what Mobility Route will cost per vehicle.
For example, if you’re charged $0.45 for each trip and have 10 vehicles in your fleet, you’d pay a total of $1,188, based on 22 working days per month (weekdays only). This would be a per-vehicle rate of $118.80 per month. Compare that to Mobility Route’s plans that range from $49 to $79 per vehicle monthly, a 34-60% cheaper rate.
